The Paris Motor Show (Mondial de l'Auto) closed its doors on 18 October 2026, with 518,372 visitors in six days. According to Moniteur Automobile, most of the standout new cars were concepts. You cannot order them.

We have sorted through them. Here are the production models shown in Paris, with their Belgian price where it is known.

Which new models from the 2026 Paris Motor Show have no Belgian price yet?

  • Dacia Striker: 4.62 m crossover, boot of up to 600 l, available as a hybrid, 4x4 hybrid or LPG with 48 V assistance. In France, from 23,490 to 31,900 €. Orders opened there on 13 October.
  • Second-generation Dacia Spring: 80 hp, 27.5 kWh battery, 250 km WLTP. In France, under 18,000 € before incentives. It will be shown at the Brussels Motor Show.
  • Fifth-generation Hyundai Tucson: 245 hp hybrid or 292 hp plug-in hybrid, up to 81 km on electric power, subject to homologation. On sale in 2027.
  • Second-generation Hyundai Bayon: 90 or 115 hp petrol engines, then a 138 hp hybrid announced for 2027. Hyundai Belgium announces first deliveries in the spring, without saying which year.
  • BYD Atto 8: 7-seat electric SUV, 115 kWh battery, up to 653 km WLTP. On sale in Europe in the first quarter of 2027.
  • Skoda Peaq: large electric SUV with up to 7 seats.
  • Fiat Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback: compact cars (C segment), petrol, hybrid or electric.
  • Lynk & Co 07 GT: 4.85 m plug-in hybrid estate, expected in Europe in 2027.
  • Kia Seltos hybrid: 154 or 178 hp, two- or four-wheel drive. Deliveries in France from November 2026.

Which concepts were shown at the 2026 Paris Motor Show?

The Citroën 2 CV Concept is a study for an electric city car. Citroën is aiming for a production version around 2028, at about 15,000 €. The other studies have no sale date: Renault E-Space and 8 Gordini, Alpine A310 Vision, Peugeot E-T16, Opel STX.

Moniteur Automobile sees a trend: the return of estates, MPVs and city cars, and a step back from the all-SUV line-up.

Order a new model or buy now?

  • Wait for the Belgian price. The French prices of the Striker and the Spring do not carry over as they are. The missing Belgian prices could come out before the Brussels Motor Show.
  • Compare the total cost. For a new car bought in another European country, start from the price excluding VAT. Add Belgian VAT at 21%, transport and registration.
  • Do you drive a current Tucson, Bayon or Spring? A new generation arrives in 2027. If you are thinking of selling, have your car valued before the new one reaches the dealerships.

Frequently asked questions about the 2026 Paris Motor Show

From 12 to 18 October 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. 12 October was reserved for the press. The show welcomed 518,372 visitors in six days.

BMW, Mini, Porsche, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Land Rover, Jaguar, MG, Polestar, Lexus and Seat were not on the official exhibitor list. Jeep only appeared on a tuner's stand.

Dacia has not published it yet. In France, the Striker costs from 23,490 to 31,900 €. Orders have been open there since 13 October 2026.

No Belgian delivery date has been published. It will be shown at the Brussels Motor Show in January 2027, with no Belgian price known so far. In France, it costs under 18,000 € before incentives.

The 145 hp Gamma hybrid costs 39,900 €. The electric version costs 45,900 € with the 73.7 kWh battery (543 km) and 51,900 € with the 97.2 kWh battery (741 km). The price of the 375 hp HF Integrale has not been published yet.

The Smart #2 costs 19,990 € in Pure trim, 20,990 € in Pure+, 24,490 € in Premium and 25,690 € in Couture Edition. The Couture Edition is limited to 999 units in Europe. The delivery date has not been announced yet.

From 8 to 17 January 2027, at Brussels Expo. It will be the 103rd edition.

For now, it is a concept. Citroën is aiming for a production version around 2028, at about 15,000 €, built in Europe.
